telegate wins lawsuit

Munich September 7, 2005 - The written judicial statement on the two data cost proceedings served today by the Regional Court of Cologne orders Deutsche Telekom in the first instance to pay €60.6 million back to telegate Group. (Reference Numbers 91 O 229/04 and 91 O 230/04). The repayment sum of €65,2 million announced by telegate on August 31, 2005 was based only on an oral notification of the court and was not adjudged by the written statement. Both decisions are not final. telegate is considering appealing legal actions.
