Ralf Grüßhaber is the new CFO as of 1 January 2004
Munich, 14 January 2004 – Ralf Grüßhaber (34) was appointed as a member of the Board of Management at telegate AG with effect as of 1 January 2004. Within the Board of Management, he will be responsible for the Finance department. Grüßhaber has managed the Finance and Controlling division at the company since April 2001.
In his new role, Ralf Grüßhaber is now responsible for all Finance and Controlling activities within the Group, including the Investor Relations division and M&A. In view of his management experience in Germany and internationally, among other things as a Financial Analyst at Hewlett-Packard in Böblingen, the qualified business manager has extensive expertise in the field of finance. Before working for telegate AG, he was previously employed as Finance Manager at HP in Grenoble/France.
Following the personnel changes, the telegate AG Board of Management now comprises the following members: Dr. Andreas Albath (Chairman of the Board of Management), Ralf Grüßhaber and Dr. Paolo Gonano.
Dr. Klaus Harisch, co-founder of telegate AG, stepped down from the Board of Management on 31 December 2003 to join the company’s Supervisory Board.
