Ralf Grüßhaber (39) has been Chief Financial Officer of telegate AG since January 1, 2004. He has headed the Finance and Controlling division at the company since 2001.

Ralf Grüßhaber studied in Offenburg and London. After receiving his degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Betriebswirt FH) he started his career at Hewlett-Packard GmbH in Böblingen as a Financial Analyst in 1995. In 1997 he transferred to Grenoble, France, where he initially worked as Pricing Manager responsible for European pricing strategies within the HP divisions. Grüßhaber then participated in implementing a comprehensive restructuring program to centralize service and support operations of the individual European countries. Here Ralf Grüßhaber was responsible for all tax, legal and IT-related subprojects. He then headed the European finance function of the HP Services Storage division in Grenoble until he joined telegate AG in 2001.
