Munich, 5 December 2005 – In future, telegate will handle directory enquiries business in Spain for the provider MGA Multiasistencia Gestión y Ayuda SA. MGA, Spain's leading call centre operator, has operated on the market since deregulation in April 2003, and has since established itself as the third-largest directory enquiries provider behind telegate.
Since its launch in 2003, the Spanish telegate subsidiary 11811 Nueva Informacion Telefonica has steadily increased its market share and positioned itself as No. 2 behind the Telefonica group. Thanks to the partnership with MGA, telegate is ensuring further market share and consolidating its position as Spain's only relevant alternative directory enquiries provider.
