Takeover of Conduit Spains business
Munich, July 6th. 2005 - telegate AG has acquired the directory enquiry operations of Conduit in Spain as of July 1, 2005. The company is thus further expanding its position as the leading alternative directory services provider on the Spanish market. The contractual parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.

Since its market entry in 2003, the Spanish telegate subsidiary 11811 Nueva Information Telefonica has continually enhanced its market share and positioned itself as the number 2 behind the Telefonica group. The European directory services provider Conduit established itself likewise as a relevant player on the Spanish market during the same period. With the acquisition of Conduit's business telegate is securing for itself further market share, thus strengthening its position as the only relevant alternative directory services provider in Spain.
