Change at helm of Supervisory Board
Munich, September, 20th 2007 – On October 1, 2007 Jürgen von Kuczkowski (66) will become new Supervisory Board chairman of the Munich-based telegate AG. He takes over from the long-serving Supervisory Board chairman Herbert Brenke, who is resigning from the post having reached his 70th birthday. Brenke had assumed his role as head of the control organ in January 1999, immediately after his retirement from E-Plus Mobilfunk GmbH in Düsseldorf, the company he had managed as CEO since its foundation.

Jürgen von Kuczkowski previously held the post of Vodafone’s Head Manager for Germany and Europe and has been a member of telegate AG’s Supervisory Board since May 2006. In his new role the experienced telecommunication manager will offer valuable ideas and input for the further development of the domestic and foreign business activities. Mr. von Kuczkowski also chairs the Supervisory Board of ARCOR AG & Co. KG, Eschborn, LHS AG, Frankfurt as well as Vodafone Deutschland GmbH, Düsseldorf. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Swisscom Mobile, Könitz/Switzerland.
